Jobs / Areas you can apply for:

Setup Crew:

For this area, you must arrive at least 1 week before the festival starts, ideally on 27.07.2026. Your task is to prepare everything in the week before the festival starts so that we can open our gates on time for our guests. You will work a lot outside, building, crafting, painting, doing manual work and making the festival unique with your skills. We will provide you with food and drinks during this time.

Breakdown Crew:

After the festival ends, we need to restore the site to its original state, which means dismantling temporary structures and cleaning up the festival grounds. Please plan up to 7 days after the festival ends for this shift. We will provide you with food and drinks during this time.

Nature (Clean Up, before, during, after the festival):

As part of the environmental crew, you ensure that the festival grounds are kept clean during and after the festival and thus actively contribute to a positive and pleasant atmosphere at the Shifted Festival.

Security (Camping Entrance / Fence Runner / Parking Coordination):

You support our security personnel in guarding the site and thus contribute to the safety of festival visitors, artists and staff by either checking guests at the entrance to the festival site or ensuring that no one enters the site unauthorized.

Information (Info Point / Cash Point / Kiosk):

You are the first point of contact for our guests when it comes to answering questions, loading money onto the cashless chips for payment at the bars, or buying small items for daily needs.

Artist Driver (ALWAYS SOBER!):

You bring our artists from their accommodations and from the train station to the festival and back, ensuring smooth operations. The prerequisite for this is that you are and remain 100% sober and have a class B driver's license.

Artist Care (Previous experience desired):

You take care of ensuring that the artists get all their wishes fulfilled during their stay on the festival grounds. From site tours, answering all questions, or providing drinks during the set, everything is included here. Previous experience is desirable.

Bar (Bartender / Runner):

As part of the bar crew, you ensure that the bar runs smoothly and our guests can get their drink of choice at any time. For this area, you should already have experience. Feel free to write more about this in the comment fields.

Awareness:

As part of the Awareness Team, you actively contribute to making our festival a safe and inclusive place for all guests. Your task is to sensitize our guests to responsible interaction with each other and you are the first point of contact when our guests feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

Backup:

Since someone can always drop out, we plan with backup personnel. If you apply for this area, you can be deployed in any of the above areas or somewhere else entirely, depending on where there is a need. With your support, we can carry out the entire festival as planned.

We do our best to fulfill all your preferences regarding preferred areas and assignment with your besties. Unfortunately, creating a shift schedule is very complex, so not all preferences can always be fulfilled. To ensure you are satisfied with your assignment, we want to fulfill at least one wish regarding your work with us. This wish will be given the strongest weight in your assignment.

If you wish, give us information about what is particularly important to you regarding your deployment with us. This wish will most likely be fulfilled.

Please note: If you specify a wish, it will be fulfilled in most cases. However, fulfilling your wish may mean that your other information (area preferences, bestie, etc.) can be considered less or not at all.

Explanation of the wishes:

I have no special wish: Your assignment will take place under normal weighting of your information.

No late shift: Your shift does not start between 03 - 09 AM. However, it can go until 03 AM.

Must work in area X: You will most likely be assigned to this area.

No shift in specific time period: Specify a time from which we will not assign you for 6 hours, for example when your favorite artist is playing.

Work with 1 bestie: Specify 1 (!) bestie here (first and last name, as in the bestie's application. This wish can only be fulfilled if you have both named each other in your applications.
